I recently came across the paintings of Bob Yonke, aka "the Bluegrass Painter." Of particular interest, Bob has a collection of works entitled "the Garrett County Collection" that those of us who live and vacation in the area might be particularly interested in. A favorite of mine, entitled "Old McHenry," represents Bob's depiction of the McHenry area as he remembers it when he first brought his family to Garrett County.
